Quick Checklist for Renewal & New Nipper

✓ Have you set up an individual online account (sls.com.au/join) for each new Nipper, and for you the Associate member?

✓ Have you paid for both the new Nipper and Associate member?

✓ Have you completed and sent your pool swim documentation to the Club?

✓ Have you physically shown identification of both the new Nipper and Associate member to the Club Admin?

*Without the above your Nipper will not be able to participate in Nippers.

Renew Nipper and Associate Member Registration

Go to the Members Portal.

• If you are renewing a membership for "1" member only login and renew.
• If you have more than one member you will need to renew each member individually (if they already are a member and have an account).
• If you would like to register a new Nipper, create an account for the new member.

Remember Nipper parents/guardians to renew your Associate Membership (separate account) as well.

New Nipper Registration

New nippers are invited to join Mudjimba Surf Life Saving Club.

You can sign up online by visiting sls.com.au/join (instruction on how to do the Online Registration below), however we will need to see you and your child’s identification.

Identification that will need to be sighted in order to process your registration:

• Parent/guardians - either driver’s license or passport and a secondary form of ID (eg Medicare care card, bank card)
• Nippers - birth certificate

NOTE:

Nipper Parents and/or Guardians MUST become members in order for their child/children to become eligible for the Nipper Junior Activities Program.

The minimum requirement for a Nipper Parent/Guardian is that of Associate Membership.

Online Registration

1. Read the New Member Online Registration Information Sheet
   - This includes 'How to Pay and Nipper Fees'
2. One Parent or Legal Guardian must join Mudjimba SLSC as an Associate Member with their Nipper(s)
   - Register on the SLSA WEBSITE
   - Follow the steps on the SLSA website to "Create account" – one account per individual
3. Complete a Blue Card Application if you hold a position that requires a Blue Card - Blue Card - New & Renewal Application
4. Your Nipper(s) must complete a Pool Swim with one of our club Junior Activity Assessors. Please see the club for a list of swim dates. 

Please Note: A membership will not be accepted until payment of membership fees has been received and a - Blue Card Application form (if required, please note positions that require a Blue Card) has been submitted.
